Rooted in thousands of years of feminine history, belly dance promotes flexibility, strength, grace, and poise.  An enjoyable and low impact form of exercise that will firm and tone your body, this folkloric dance also offers spiritual and healing energy, as well as a boost to self-esteem.

Authentic dance movements, & how to do them correctly [Authentic steps, correct technique]

An entertaining & fun choreographed dance routine (in your very first lesson!) [Entertaining choreographed dance routines]

Simple stretching warm-up exercises (limbers your body in prep for the controlled dance movements)

An hour of fun every week!
